2.3 Jurisdictional responsibility: It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing gemebet is lawful under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located. gemebet does not represent or warrant that use of the platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction, including Malaysia. By accessing gemebet from Malaysia, you confirm that you take full personal legal responsibility for any consequences arising from your participation.
2.4 gemebet does not accept players who are self-excluded, permanently banned, or who hold accounts that have been closed for cause.
3.1 You may hold only one gemebet account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts for any reason — including to exploit bonuses, circumvent limits, or evade a ban — is strictly prohibited.
3.2 You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and keep that information updated. gemebet may verify any information you provide against third-party databases and identity documents.
3.3 gemebet may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (such as a Malaysian MyKad or passport) and proof of address.
3.4 You may not open an account on behalf of a third party, or allow a third party to use your account. Account sharing is prohibited.
3.5 gemebet reserves the right to decline any account application without providing a reason.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gemebet username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your account.
4.2 You must notify gemebet immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to or use of your account. gemebet will take reasonable steps to investigate and may temporarily suspend the account pending investigation.
4.3 gemebet will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials, or from your sharing of credentials with a third party.
4.4 gemebet strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your account and using a unique, strong password not shared with any other service.
5.1 All deposits to your gemebet account must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
5.2 gemebet supports the following payment methods for Malaysian players: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, Maybank FPX, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank FPX, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards. Supported methods and minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the Cashier page and are subject to change without notice.
5.3 Deposits are credited to your gemebet wallet in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Currency conversion fees may apply where applicable.
5.4 gemebet does not accept deposits that originate from credit cards used as a cash advance facility. Players are responsible for understanding the terms of their payment provider.
5.5 gemebet reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits as part of its anti-money-laundering compliance obligations.
6.1 Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method that has been verified in your name. gemebet does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
6.2 Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before gemebet will process any withdrawal. Failure to complete verification within 30 days of a withdrawal request being placed may result in the request being cancelled.
6.3 Touch n Go eWallet withdrawals are typically processed within 1–2 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed same-day for requests received before 21:00 MYT. Processing times are estimates and may vary based on the payment provider's systems.
6.4 gemebet does not charge processing fees on withdrawals to supported Malaysian payment methods. Any fees charged by the player's own payment provider are outside gemebet's control.
6.5 Minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 30 for eWallet methods and MYR 50 for bank transfers.
6.6 gemebet may withhold or delay a withdrawal pending investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
7.1 All bonuses and promotional offers made available by gemebet are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. Those specific terms are incorporated by reference into these general Terms.
7.2 Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific bonus terms.
7.3 Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. gemebet defines "bonus abuse" as any strategy — including but not limited to low-variance gameplay designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure, or the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer — and reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings where abuse is detected.
7.4 gemebet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time. In such cases, any wagering requirements already in progress will be honoured on the terms applicable at the time the bonus was credited.
7.5 Bonuses may not be transferred between players.
8.1 All games on the gemebet platform are governed by individual game rules accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules applicable to any game before wagering real money.
8.2 In the event of a technical failure during a game round, gemebet will investigate the incident and attempt to resolve it in accordance with the game provider's technical failure procedures. gemebet's decision in such matters is final.
8.3 gemebet reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of a pricing or odds error, system malfunction, or collusion. Players who are found to have taken advantage of obvious errors will have affected bets voided and funds adjusted accordingly.
8.4 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the relevant game interface. gemebet reserves the right to modify these limits at any time.
8.5 For live sports betting, bets placed after an event has concluded — due to latency or any other technical factor — will be voided. In-play bet acceptance is subject to the prevailing live odds at the moment the bet is received by gemebet's systems, not at the moment the player clicks to place the bet.
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gemebet platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

11.1 All content on the gemebet platform, including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, text, trademarks, logos, and audiovisual material, is the proprietary intellectual property of gemebet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the gemebet platform solely for your personal, recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not include any right to copy, modify, distribute, publish, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from any gemebet content.
11.3 Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the gemebet platform software is strictly prohibited.
12.1 The gemebet platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. gemebet makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
12.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gemebet will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity.
12.3 gemebet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms limits gemebet's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or wilful misconduct.
13.1 You may close your gemebet account at any time by contacting customer support. Any genuine balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your verified payment method after any pending wagering requirements are resolved, subject to KYC verification.
13.2 gemebet reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, where gemebet reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other conduct that gemebet considers harmful to the integrity of the platform or other players.
13.3 Upon account termination for cause, gemebet reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where fraud or money laundering is suspected, funds may be held indefinitely pending the outcome of an investigation and any resulting legal proceedings.
14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which gemebet holds its international gaming authority licence.
14.2 In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the gemebet platform, you are encouraged to contact gemebet's customer support team in the first instance. gemebet will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receiving a formal complaint.

14.4 Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

15.2 For material changes that significantly affect your rights, gemebet will endeavour to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. However, it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
15.3 Your continued use of the gemebet platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
